Guest Workshops & Creative Partnerships at The Artist’s Realm
The Artist’s Realm is more than just a classroom— it’s a collaborative creative space built to support artists, makers, musicians, photographers, and educators throughout Brooksville and the surrounding areas.
The Artist’s Realm offers workshop opportunities for guest instructors interested in teaching one-time classes, specialty workshops, demonstrations, creative events, and recurring experiences.
Guest instructors are welcome to teach a wide variety of creative subjects, including but not limited to: painting, drawing, mixed media, photography, digital art, fiber arts, crafts, sculpture, creative wellness workshops, creative writing, poetry, dance, music, etc.
How It Works:
• Instructors choose their own workshop concept and pricing. The Artist’s Realm staff reviews the proposal for approval based on scheduling, safety, and studio allignment.
• Workshops are booked by the instructor on a first-come, first-serve basis after approval
• Instructors may either provide their own materials or request that materials be purchased through The Artist’s Realm
• Revenue is split through a commission model based on ticket sales:
— 70/30 split of seat sales for their workshop (instructors get 70%, minus the cost of any materials that The Artist’s Realm is providing for their workshop)
• Instructors are responsible for the timely setup, instruction, and cleanup for their workshops, and are also encouraged to market their own class.
Each approved workshop will also receive promotional support through The Artist’s Realm, including:
• a shared Facebook event
• a booking page on our website
• optional promotional graphics for your workshop
Instructors may provide their own graphics and branding materials, or The Artist’s Realm can assist in creating promotional graphics for the event listing if needed.
We are especially interested in working with artists who are passionate about building community, creating meaningful experiences, and sharing their knowledge in an engaging and welcoming environment.

Important Disclaimer for Guest Instructor Applicants:

If you already operate under your own LLC or mobile workshop business, please reach out directly to discuss alternative partnership options.
All instructors must be 18+ years of age and submit workshop proposals for approval prior to booking. The Artist’s Realm reserves the right to approve or decline workshops based on scheduling, safety, and studio alignment.
