Pricing

$250 for up to 10 participants

Additional participants are $25 per person, with a maximum of 15 participants.

Your private event includes all painting or drawing materials required for your chosen project.

Your Event, Your Art

When booking your private event, you’ll work with us to choose the medium and subject your group will create.

Whether you’d like to paint a particular theme, create a drawing project, celebrate around something specific, or simply want a fun creative activity everyone can participate in, we’ll plan the project with your group in mind.

What Your 3 Hour Private Party Includes

Each private event includes approximately three hours of reserved studio time.

We typically recommend:

30–60 minutes for food, cake, drinks, socializing, and settling in

followed by approximately

2 hours of guided art instruction and creative time

We prefer to enjoy food before painting begins so food and art materials remain separate during the instructional portion of the event.

Food & Decorations

Food, beverages, and decorations are not provided, but you are more than welcome to bring your own.

Balloons, candles, confetti, themed decorations, cakes, catering, and other party items are welcome.

Guests are responsible for removing their personal decorations and disposing of food and party-related trash at the end of the event. The Artist’s Realm handles all cleanup associated with the painting, drawing, and art materials used during your activity.

Scheduling

Private events are currently available on Saturdays only.

Because Saturdays are also used for our regular workshops, community events, and other programming, we strongly recommend booking your event 6–8 weeks in advance to have the best chance of securing your preferred date.

Reserving Your Date

Full payment is required to reserve your event date.

Your date is not officially reserved until payment has been received.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled event are eligible for a refund minus a $50 reservation/cancellation fee.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are nonrefundable, as the studio has already reserved the date, prepared for the event, and turned away other potential classes, events, or bookings.

When possible, we are happy to work with guests who need to reschedule with at least seven days’ notice, subject to studio availability.
